How much does it cost?

Cricket Protect costs $8 per monthly plan cycle. You only pay a deductible once your claim is approved.

I'm bringing my own phone to Cricket. Can I enroll in Cricket Protect?

When you bring your own device to Cricket (BYOD), it may be eligible for enrollment in Cricket Protect or Cricket Protect Plus. Most phones with an MSRP of $49.99 or higher that are manufactured by Apple, Samsung, Motorola, LG, or Google and that are compatible with the Cricket network should be eligible for enrollment in Cricket Protect or Cricket Protect Plus. The phone must be in good working condition and not damaged. To enroll, you'll need to visit a Cricket store . You can check your Device ID (IMEI) to confirm the device is compatible with the Cricket network.

Does Cricket Protect cover all Cricket devices?

No. Tablets, Hotspots, and Some Certified Like New phones, as well as phones sold by Cricket with an MSRP value under $49.99, are not eligible for Cricket Protect.

You are allowed up to three claims in any consecutive 12-month period. Each occurrence is subject to a maximum cost replacement of $2,500.
