Residential Building Permit Application

The Residential Building Permit Applications screens allow users to apply for and submit an application for a residential building permit. Use this to enter information, attach documentation and finalize the application. From here, you can process payment for finalized and submitted applications.

Note: Currently, plans and drawings for minor remodels and repairs are not being accepted for Electronic Plan Review and should continue to be submitted as hard copies (paper plans) through the One-Stop section. Please note that submitting One-stop Plans for Electronic Plan Review will trigger a full plan review and could potentially lengthen the approval process.

1. Click the Building Permit Application button the iPermits Online Service Menu. Click here to view the iPermits Online Service Menu.
2. Once on the Electronic Building Permit Applications page, review existing applications, as needed.
3. Click the Begin New Application button to create a new building permit application.
